    The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of ANAS. The meeting of the Scientific Council was opened by the director of the İnstitute, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Alovsat Guliyev, who acquainted the members of the Scientific Council with the issues on the agenda of the Scientific Council. Executive Director of the Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences Yasin Rustamov first of all informed the members of the Board of the decision of the Presidium of ANAS "On improving the structure  of scientific departments and the staff of the Presidium of ANAS".Then, the application of Afag Rzayeva, a dissertation student of the Laboratory of Soil Biology, with a request to resign from the dissertation was considered and the dissertation's refusal was confirmed.
   The next issue was the approval of individual work plans of the staff of the Institute for 2022.
    At the end, the plagiarism program used by the Higher Attestation Commission and current issues were discussed.
   Speeches and proposals on the issues on the agenda were heard, questions were answered and decisions were made on the issues on the agenda.
