    The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Council, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev. Later, the heads of the Institute's Regional Resource and Practice Center for Ecologically Clean Agriculture Production, Shamakhi and Ujar Support Stations presented their reports.

    Next, the final report of the Institute's Council of Young Scientists and Specialists for 2022 was heard. The chairman of the council, Tarlan Yelmarli, gave detailed information about the work done for 2022. The presented final reports were widely discussed by the council members and questions were answered. In the end, the 2022 annual report of the experience center, support stations and the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists was unanimously adopted.
