The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Council, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev, with an introductory speech.Then, the head of the Institute's "Modern Problems of Irrigation" laboratory, Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Sciences Nadir Nadirov, presented his final report for 2024 and he noted that, and he noted that 2 works were included in the topic. The laboratory director and staff provided detailed information about the work they did and answered questions.

  Then, Reyhan Abbasova, PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Head of the Institute's "Dynamics of Soil Processes" Laboratory, presented her final report for 2024. He noted that, the topic "Determination of the hydrothermal potential (HTP) of elementary soil areas of the natural and agrolandscape of the northeastern slope of the Greater Caucasus in microcatenary format based on microrelief plasticity" included 2 works.

   Next, the Chairman of the Institute's Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, Tarlan Yelmarli, made a report on the council's activities in 2024.

   The annual reports for 2024 were presented and voted on and adopted at the end of the meeting.
