   At the initiative of the Trade Union Organization of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an interesting outing was organized for the İnstitute's employees to spend their free time meaningfully and effectively. 60 employees of the İnstitute participated in a one-day trip to Ismayilli district, one of the most beautiful regions of Azerbaijan. During the trip, the participants relaxed at the "Serin Dere" recreation center and experienced pleasant and memorable moments in the lap of nature.

   At the same time, the employees got acquainted with the fascinating natural landscapes and historical and cultural sites of the region. The trip provided the participants with an opportunity to get away from the daily routine, communicate more closely with each other, and have a spiritual rest.

   Such initiatives contribute to strengthening team spirit and increasing employee motivation.
