Director General of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev participated in the 11th Baku International Book Fair. The exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Baku Expo Center, is dedicated this year to the theme "Techno-man: Yesterday's Legend, Today's Event."

   The exhibition, considered the largest book festival in the region, was attended by Azerbaijani people's writers, famous poets, young writers, as well as world-famous foreign authors. Prominent writers and scientists from Turkey, Argentina, England, Lithuania, Qatar and other countries presented their works and interacted with readers.

   Within the framework of the event, the Chairman of the Committee on Public Associations and Religious Organizations of the Milli Majlis, Doctor of Philosophy Fazil Mustafa presented the newly published book "I Understood", "I Knew". He presented his book "I Lived" and attracted the interest of readers by speaking on the topic "Books and Politics".

   Professor Alovsat Guliyev noted about the exhibition, emphasizing that such events are an important scientific and cultural event for Azerbaijan. According to him, international book fairs open up great opportunities not only in terms of presenting new publications, but also for intellectual exchange between scientists, writers, and readers from different countries.

   It should be noted that, Fazil Mustafa, Chairman of the Committee on Public Associations and Religious Organizations of the Milli Majlis, Doctor of Philosophy, presented Professor Alovsat Guliyev with his books "Azerbaijan: From the Dark Past to a Bright History" and the newly published "I understood.
