   The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Scientific Council, General Director of the Institute, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev. He told the meeting participants about the issues on the agenda.

   First of all, the documents submitted by Vugar Jafarov, the leading scientist of the Mineral Fertilizers Laboratory, to receive the title of Associate Professor in "Agrochemistry" were discussed and approved by secret voting at the meeting. 

   The Council members also discussed the issue of publishing the monograph of Alizaman Rasulov, the leading scientist of the Laboratory of Organic Fertilizers, "Cultivation of Grapes in Garden Areas", which was on the agenda of the meeting. The issue of reconstruction of the Institute's Land Museum was discussed.

   At the end, decisions were made on the issues discussed in the agenda.
