   According to the agreement of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of ANAS with the Institutes of Geology and Geophysics, Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry, the employees of the Institute watched the work carried out at the selected research object in Azad village of Saatli region.
  Director General of the Institute, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev, Chief Agromeliorator Mursal Mammadov and Chief Researcher of the Laboratory of Mineral Fertilizers, Ph.D Associate Professor, Vugar Jafarov  got acquainted with the situation in the field. Agro-technical measures were taken in the field, phenological observations were made and soil samples were taken.At the same time, a meeting was held with farmers in Azad village of Saatli region, the speaker, Professor A. Guliyev, gave detailed information to farmers about fertilizers, their application, study of soil-plant fertility relations, efficient use of water.
