   On October 17, 2022, the next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry. The meeting of the Scientific Council was opened by the general director of the institute, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Alovsat Guliyev.The Chairman of the Council introduced the meeting participants with the issues on the agenda of the Scientific Council. At the meeting, the issue of approval of topics and scientific supervisors of doctoral students admitted to the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry in 2022 was discussed and approved.
   Then, considering the rude and insulting actions of the Institute's executive director Yasin Rustamov against the chairman of the Scientific Council and some members of the meeting, the issue of his removal from the Scientific Council of the Institute was discussed.
   At the end of the meeting, decisions were made on the issues discussed in the agenda.
