The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of ANAS. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Council, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev. Later, head of the Institute's "Dynamics of Soil Processes" laboratory, Niyazi presented the final report for 2022. He gave brief information about the scientific research works performed in the laboratory according to the subject plan in the reporting year and "Determination of the hydrothermal potential (HTP) of elementary soil areas of the natural and agrolandscape of the northeastern slope of the Greater Caucasus in a microchain format based on microrelief plastic" has noted that 2 works are included. In the report, PhD in Agricultural Sciences Nazakat Alizadeh, another employee of the laboratory, gave information about his work and answered questions.

   Then the "Land meloration" laboratory presented its final report for 2022. The head of the laboratory, doctor of agricultural sciences, Mustafa Mustafayev gave brief information about the scientific research works performed in the laboratory according to the subject plan in the reporting year  and he noted that, 4 works were included in the topic "Development of new technologies in the melioration of lands with different levels of salinity and salinity in the republic". The head of the laboratory gave detailed information about the work done and answered the questions. Then other employees of the laboratory informed PhD in Agricultural Sciences Leyla Jalilova and PhD in Agricultural Sciences Afat Jafarova about their work and answered questions.

   The annual report of the "Dynamics of soil processes" laboratory for 2022 and the report of the "Land meloration" laboratory 3 works were approved by voting.
