   A memorandum on cooperation on scientific research and personnel training was signed between the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Agricultural Scientific Research Institute of the Republic of Nakhchivan. The agreement was signed by the Director of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev, and Doctor of Philosophy in Agrarian Sciences Gunel Seyidzade, acting as the Director of the Nakhchivan Agricultural Research Institute.

   In the agreement, the two enterprises will jointly carry out scientific-research activities, develop prospective forms of scientific-technical cooperation, create a new experience-production base, create interdisciplinary scientific-technical systems, organize joint seminars in the field of applying new technologies.
