The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of ANAS. The meeting was opened by the chairman of the Council, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Alovsat Guliyev. Then, the Institute's "Mineral Fertilizer" laboratory presented its final report for 2021, under chairmanship of Executive director of the Institute Yasin Rustamov.
The head of the laboratory  PhD Mammad Mammadov briefed on the scientific research work carried out in the laboratory in the reporting year on the subject plan. Other employees of the laboratory  PhD Vugar Jafarov, PhD Hasil Bagirov, PhD Svetlana Eyyubova have reported about their work and answered questions.
Then the head of the laboratory "Dynamics of soil processes" of the Institute PhD Niyazi Suleymanov presented the final report for 2021. He briefed on the research work carried out in the laboratory on the subject plan in the reporting year. Other employees of laboratory PhD Reyhan Abbasova, PhD Nazakat Alizadeh have reported about their work and answered questions. 
The final reports were widely discussed by the council members, and questions were answered.In the end, the annual report of both laboratories for 2021 was voted and adopted unanimously.
