Land Cover Structure and Land Reclamation laboratories have presented their final reports for 2022.

    The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of ANAS. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Council, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev. At the meeting, the " Land reclamation" laboratory presented its final report for 2022. Head of the laboratory Doctor of agricultural sciences Farhad Sadigov gave brief information about the scientific research works performed in the laboratory according to the subject plan in the reporting year and he noted that, 5 works were included in the complex work with the laboratory of soil biology "Complex study of man-made damaged soils, bio-recultivation and restoration by agrochemical methods (Absheron - Gala, Bibiheybat settlement). In the report, other employees of the laboratory are PhD in Agricultural Sciences - Chimnaz Bakhshiyeva, PhD in Agricultural Sciences - Tamilla Kahramanova, PhD in biological sciences - Nargiz Hakimova reported about the work done and answered the questions.

   Next, the final report of the "Land cover structure" laboratory for 2022 was heard. Doctor of agricultural sciences - Vilayat Hasanov, director of the laboratory, gave brief information about the scientific research works performed in the laboratory according to the subject plan in the reporting year and he noted that, the topic "Study of the effect of relief-soil relations on soil properties and soil cover structures in different landscape zones of Azerbaijan with modern methods (relief plasticity, remote sensing, GIS) and modeling based on reference areas" included 5 works. In the report, other employees of the laboratory  PhD in biological sciences Bahadur Ismayilov,  PhD in biological sciences Fidan Manafova reported about the work. The presented final reports were widely discussed by the council members and questions were answered. In the end, the annual report of both laboratories for 2022 was voted and accepted.
