The conference and exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great leader Heydar Aliyev was held at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction on the topic "Studies of ecological assessment of soil water resources and atmosphere". The conference and exhibition was held with the support of the Department of Ecology Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, National Aerospace Agency and Institute of Soil Science and AgroChemistry.

   The Rector of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, professor Gulchohra Mammadova noted that, as well as other services of the Great Leader to our country and people, there are also strategic services in protecting the ecology and environment of our country.

   Director General of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Alovsat Guliyev noted in his speech that, the conference and exhibition which serves to create interest in environmental issues among students is commendable.

   Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Head of the Department of Ecology, Professor Fagan Aliyev noted that, the exhibition increases students practical skills, ability to work as a team.

   After the speeches, an exhibition of the handmade works of teachers, students and pupils was viewed. The models, projects and prototypes related to soil water resources and atmosphere, ecology in general were displayed at the exhibition.

   At the end of the conference, a tour of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction was organized for students, and certificates were awarded to the participants.
