Scientists of Kazakhstan National Agrarian University and Kazakhstan National Agrarian Research University visited the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan On April 8. The head of UNESCO's Sustainable Development Department, professor T.A. Bazarbayeva, professor G. Mukanova, academician of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professor Z.A. Tukenova, Kazakhstan Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan National Agrarian Research University, chief of staff, professor, J.A. Bazarbayeva they were guests of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry on the basis of the Grant project on "Sustainable development of natural-economic and socio-economic systems in the context of green development of the Western Kazakhstan”. After the general director of the Institute, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Alovsat Guliyev received the guests, a large-scale meeting was held with the participation of laboratory directors. It should be noted that, head of the Institute's "Land Reclamation" laboratory -Mustafa Mustafayev, as an external expert in that project, participates in the analysis of the results, participates in the expedition organized for the purpose of field research.
At the meeting, professor T.A. Bazarbayeva introduced the invited scientists and gave extensive information about the work done by each scientist. The scientist also noted that, during the implementation of the Grant project, similar negative situations were observed in the lands of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. The scientist of the Kazakstan said that, our goal is to get acquainted with the research conducted in that direction in Azerbaijan and to establish a closer relationship with your Institute in the future.
The director general of the Institute, Alovsat Guliyev gave comprehensive information about the future work to be done in the institute related to COP29 and said that, new researches will be conducted in the liberated lands of Karabakh. At the meeting, the heads of the laboratory gave information about their scientific activities separately and presented some published monographs to the guests. At the end, certificates were presented to the guests.
