1. Dictation of the Cabinet Minister Azerbaijani Republic from July 18 2016 for 277 about "Some questions to National Academy of the Sciences Azerbaijan" Institute to Erosions and irrigations association with Institute of the Soil science and Agricultural chemistry and is created Soil sciences and Agricultural chemistry, on base which with January 2017 functions laboratory "Modern problems of the irrigation".

2. Them scientific directions of the laboratory are:

- A study of water need, irrigation rates, mode and technology of the agricultural cultures, cultivated in different soil-climatic condition;

- a complex adjusting water and nourishing mode of the plants, study to variability to productivities and qualitative factors of the plants on background different water and nourishing mode;

- an irrigation water different degree minerals, study of the influence minerals water on productivities of the plants and land reclamation condition of ground;

- a study of the different ways, technology and technologies of the irrigation in condition locked and open soil.

3. In laboratory are conducted scientifically- exploratory of the functioning (working) the following direction:

- A complex regulation water-nourishing mode vegetables tomato on sulphur-borax ground Absherona;

- A determination geographical coordinate locations kygrisis in Gyandzhe-Karabahskom array, study their modern condition, possibility, exhibitions revealing the debit and study of the ways of the use of their water in irrigated husbandry.

- An using drop irrigations under perennial plantings (apple tree) on declivity with significant gradient (supporting point Shemahinskogo region);

- In connection with realization of the State Program on development cotton growing, on example Neftechalinskogo region are organized corresponding to experiences, studied level fertilities of ground, composition and degree minerals irrigation and soils of water, organized seminars and is designed recommendations on increase the productivities cotton-product in its raw state and lifting the fertility of ground.
